AMPHIBEX 

The AMPHIBEX complexes are the floating ice-breaking platforms, welded from the special steel with anti-corrosion coating and consisted of a set of hermetic / sealed compartments for their enhanced survivability in critical situations. The most important and effective function of AMPHIBEX complexes is a dredger. The operations are carried out at depths of 0.0 - 12.5 m, and, if necessary, with the use of additional options - up to 17 m. The operation and extraction procedures of bottom sediments of Categories I-VI can be carried out at a distance of 1500 - 7000 m of the direct pumping.

STRATEGICAL GOALS OF AMPHIBEX

The AMPHIBEX machines perform the functions of: a dredger, an excavator, an ice-breaker, an amphibious vehicle (an amphibia), as well as using special options which allow you to: drive piles, spall flag stones/stone slabs, clean the side slopes of irrigation ditch/ canal, lift sunken log from the bottom of rivers and reservoirs, lay cables and tubes/pipes of small-cross section, extinguish small and large fires, prevent flooding by breaking the ice up to 1 meter thick and so on. All AMPHIBEX models have a shallow draft and can move through water, at depths of 0.6 meters at a maximum speed of 15 km/h.

ADVANTAGES OF AMPHIBEX

Unprecedented multifunctionality: Dredger: - Dredging depth is from 0.0 to 17 meters; - Excavation, Categories I-VI; - Pumping of bottom sediments / materials is from 1.5 to 7 km; - Performance capacity is from 400 m³ to 3 300 m³ / h of solid bottom sediments. Excellent mobility: High mobility makes it possible to save on logistics and change its location or deployment in the shortest possible time, which is indispensable within the conditions of natural and other technological (human-made) disasters. Automated loading and unloading system: - Deployment/closing down time up to 1 hour; - Transport speed up to 500 km/day. Self-propellency: - Maximum speed through water (STW) - 15 km / h.; - Mobility on land and water (entering/leaving the reservoir).
Operational and ecological compatibility: High quality comfort and services: - The air-conditioned cabin, the cyclorama (360-degree panorama), the GPS navigation system, the Sounder, the RTK (Real Time Kinematic), the real-time bottom vision device offer all the comfort and visibility necessary for the operation of the amphibious general purpose excavator during long hours; - The computer with a licensed program and an adapter for complete control over the entire operation of the dredger; - RTK, laser device for real-time seabed relief; - Dredge Bucket-Positioning System to within 1cm. Ecological / Environmental compatibility: ⁃ The unique dredging machine shows the indicator of water turbidity at the ratio of 25:1,000,000 conventional units (c.u), that doesn’t exceed the LOC for fresh/drinking water. This enables the dredger to operate the withdrawal of water in freshwater or technological reservoirs, for example, water-cooling ponds of NPGS without stopping the reactor; ⁃ The best facility for collecting blue-green algae (BGA) or cleaning water areas - from 100 to 500 t per hour worked, with cleaning up to 20 hectares of water reservoir per day (24 hours); ⁃ The sealed bucket allows to extract extremely hazardous and toxic substances; ⁃ All Amphibex models are equipped with the enhanced hydraulic system using the hydraulic fluid of environmental standard with vegetable-based fluid (plant oil).
Reliability and safety: Rear-side (spuds) and front-side stabilizers are equipped with two reinforced hydra lifts for each item with a power dipping system and a hydra height control, which allow them to be a reliable anchor system, and also used for entering / leaving the reservoir, as well as for self-loading / unloading on / from the truck trailer, and with two front removable floats for the icebreaking operations, as well as for more reliable balance to operate effectively on all kinds of water systems. Navigation mast and dredging lights are on the deck in order to perform at night without interfering the boat traffic. AE1000P and AE1200P models (for the other models - add. Option ) are equipped with a device for lightning-fast shutdown/cutting-off of the electrical power system in case of unauthorized absence of the operator at his work place ("Dead Man's switch"). The operating temperatures of all Amphibex complexes are from - 40°C to + 40°C. The price of the Complex includes assembling, maintenance, ten-day training program of the Customer’s technical personnel.
Accessories:The Producer also offers a multitude of optional accessories upon Customer’s request. For a complete listing of standard equipment, the Producer recommend to the Customer to order an original, specially designed for Amphibex Complexes, slurry pipeline/sludge pipe, within the capacity of each taken machine.

AMPHIBEX AE1200P

The AE1200P model is a floating icebreaking platform that is welded from special steel with the corrosion-resistant coating. Its resistant hull is divided into thirteen sealed compartments for enhanced survivability of the Complex in critical situations and two side attached compartments (2.1 m wide).
The equipment includes:  Interchangeable accessories / quick release compatible attachments; Standard (conventional) bucket (1000 liters); Compact rake (3 m wide) for cleaning rivers or reservoirs from grass and weeds;Two cutting mechanisms (cutters): - Horizontal, two-channel, multi-speed, hydraulic, rotary, cutting / milling, integrated pumping bucket (2.8 m wide) with hardened cutter blades with teeth (+one extra set) with two mounted pumps with 254-mm input section and 203-mm output section (connectors) and one 762-mm pump on the deck with 750-mm discharge pipe (870-mm impeller wheel). The horizontal bucket is capable of working in water-cooling ponds at NPGS, as well as in reservoirs to intake drinking / fresh water, without stopping this process with the indicator of water turbidity from 25 to 1 000 000 c.u. - The second, vertical, conical, two-channel, milling, multi-speed, pumping mechanism (dredge pump). There are several options available based on work criteria. The maximum digging depth is 12 meters with a conical dredge head. The AE1000P model is a floating icebreaking platform that is welded from special steel with the corrosion-resistant coating. Its resistant hull is divided into thirteen sealed compartments for enhanced survivability of the Complex in critical situations and two side attached compartments (1.86 m wide).
The equipment includes:  Interchangeable accessories / quick release compatible attachments; Standard (conventional) bucket (1000 liters); Compact rake (3 m wide) for cleaning rivers or reservoirs from grass and weeds; Two cutting mechanisms (cutters): - Horizontal, two-channel, multi-speed, hydraulic, rotary, cutting / milling, integrated pumping bucket (2.6 m wide) with hardened cutter blades with teeth (+one extra set) with two mounted pumps with 254-mm input section and 203-mm output section (connectors) and one 610-mm pump on the deck with 600-mm discharge pipe (760-mm impeller wheel). The AE450E model is a floating icebreaking platform that is welded from special steel with the corrosion-resistant coating. Its resistant hull is divided into nine sealed compartments for enhanced survivability of the Complex in critical situations.
The equipment includes:  Interchangeable accessories / quick release compatible attachments; Standard (conventional) bucket (500 liters); Compact rake (3 m wide) for cleaning rivers or reservoirs from grass and weeds; Two cutting mechanisms (cutters): - Horizontal, ttwo-channel, multi-speed, hydraulic, rotary, cutting / milling, integrated pumping bucket (2.2 m wide), with hardened cutter blades with teeth (+one extra set) with two mounted pumps with 203-mm input section and 152-mm output section (connectors) with 250-mm discharge pipe. The horizontal bucket is capable of working in water-cooling ponds at NPGS, as well as in reservoirs to intake drinking / fresh water, without stopping this process, with the indicator of water turbidity from 25 to 1 000 000 c.u; - The second, vertical, conical, two-channel, milling, multi-speed, pumping mechanism (dredge pump).
