BUILD MAINTAINTRANSFER MODEL
• The private partner takes over management of the complete infrastructure and is responsible for building, upgrading, maintaining of the infrastructure.• The private partner provides all the capital and expertise, subject to a long-term contract, typically 25 years, with pre-negotiated conditions, while the contract is valid.• The operation of the system is under government control, so we will not interfer in areas controlled by national security agencies.

COST SAVINGS
The country spends less, because GIS absorbs the cost of existing technology, security equipment and maintenance services. GIS also covers expenses required for regular upgrades throughout the lifetime of the project.
NO CAPITAL OUTLAY FOR THE COUNTRY
GIS’s multi-million investment will be directed to leading edge technologies which enhance the detection and prevention of terrorist and crime activity (i.e. narcotics, illegal weapons, human trafficking). GIS does not require sovereign guarantees.

REGULAR SYSTEM UPGRADES
GIS provides additional upgrades for its state-of-the-art security systems throughout the lifetime of the project, to guarantee that the systems correspond to or exceed the highest standards of industry regulators.
